Follow up: 03/18/2025 The actual work done by Christian was outstanding. Unfortunately, communication throughout the two and a half month process from estimate, authorizations, getting work completed and billing were less than satisfactory and added far more stress than necessary.

Our experience with this company was nothing short of horrific. They were untimely and unprofessional. We suffered a garage fire, which resulted in our house having to be completely gutted. Nine months later, and no construction has started. They are untimely in returning phone calls. They are untimely and unprofessional working with the insurance company. Every time I talk to them there is an excuse and something new that is delaying work getting done. They’ve been totally incompetent. Do not use them.
If we can actually get them to complete the job I may change my review. We have been waiting 3 days for them to send an authorization letter.
