They have some great movers on the team. They brought rugs to lay down to not ruin the carpet/hardwood floors. Edwin and Sal were our movers and got a local move done in about 4 hours. They're our first choice when ever we move again. We've also interacted with Craig and Alex. Craig is a little difficult to chat with but he knows his stuff and tells you how it is. We've also spoken to his son Alex who is much better.

Belfor Moving and Storage was a very positive experience. Even though my move was on a holiday, they were very responsive and helpful. The helper they hired was not great, but the driver and the help on the other side of my long haul move were absolutely THE BEST! You can't blame a business for one lazy person (who showed up 3 hrs late). Everything Belfor did from the estimate to my actual move was communicated well, urgently when needed, and they were highly responsive in all aspects. Movers arrived on time and were efficient with use of time. They took excellent care of all my belongings. Nothing scratched or damaged. They were thoughtful to place items into the rooms they would be unpacked which really helped A LOT. Quote was fair and accurate. Great customer service.

We recently had Belfore Moving & Storage move our office from Novato to Petaluma.. This was done on a short notice as we were able to move to the new facility just prior starting a large project. Belfore was very efficient and timely and a very fair cost. Thomas H Hazlett Black Point Production Inc.
