We wanted to hire a local mover for our short Napa move. We unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with Belfor. One of the movers dropped and broke a large vase. Trying to get reimbursement from Belfor was a huge headache (we had purchased the recommended insurance). Not only did we have to follow up 10+ times, but Belfor senior was incredibly rude (and a little aggressive) to my husband. We ended up getting $12 I believe for a vase worth several hundred. Outstanding experience with Belfor on a local move. Alex was quick to respond to all of my questions. He performed a virtual walk through and provided an accurate and competitive quote. They came in right on budget. Special thanks to Salvador, Edwin, and Elias who were beyond professional and did a great job packing and making sure everything was where we wanted it. We were amazed at how efficient and quick this team was.

I have moved all over the country and even abroad and have never experienced a company as impressive, professional and organized as Belfor. We had a fairly complex move, part into storage, with multiple deliveries and everything was handled expertly. We even had some schedule changes and Craig and Alex were so helpful. The movers were incredibly efficient, helpful, careful, professional, courteous and neat. I would give 10 stars if I could!

The guys were on time and incredibly polite. They were respectful of the house and all of the furnishings. They were efficient and communicated every step of the way. Would recommend them for anybody that needs help!!
