Thank you to the team at Belflora Broadmeadow for creating the exceptional bouquets of flowers that I ordered for my lovely Mother's funeral. I requested 6 native bouquets (1 for each daughter, daughter in law & granddaughters) each with a different coloured ribbon. “Twice bitten thrice shy”: Appalling customer service yet again. The customer service at this Belflora Newcastle business has been complacent and apathetic both times I have bought flowers from them recently. I recommend supporting the niche flower shops, such as “Newcastle Flowers By Design” and “East End Flower Co.”, where the staff choose to serve their customers in a polite, respectful and kind manner.
Hands down The best place to get flowers.
