Just sitting here looking at my wife's bunch of natives, I bought for my handicaped son for his mother on Mother's Day. Walked out not happy, got home not happy and still not happy. Very disappointed Belflora. 🤔
They make nice arrangements and flowers are beautiful, but I don’t think they have a good customer service. Was my first time there and did not feel they wanted to help.
Belflora put together our bouquets, buttonholes and corsages for our March 2026 wedding. We were very lucky to have stumbled across Belflora when we had difficulties with communication with the florist we had previously engaged and were forced to let her go. Belflora stepped in only 4 weeks prior to our wedding and were simply excellent to deal with. My beautiful flowers delivered Thursday lunchtime to the door (so they were not left outside). By Saturday the roses were completely dead and snap dragons very wilted. I know my family would have paid a lot for this vase of flowers, very disappointed. In the past, flowers I have received from Belflora have lasted a lot longer than a day and half. I also changed the water Friday evening in an attempt to revive them.
Ordered flowers for valentines and I got told I could pick them up at 3:30pm only to be closed. Bad staff
