Terrible at returning phone calls and doesn't follow through with what they said!
Extremely friendly and patient. This is a family business with the family up front and ready to serve you. Great for custom seat cushions and upholstered furnishings. They are very poor at returning calls or follow up. They need to put a phone number on their web page.
