I work in the trade myself but needed some specialist help with an Audi. First class service and guidance from Phil and Tony. Couldn't have been more helpful from start to finish and at a competitive price, thank you!
Chased three times for a price to service the car was told back for the end of day with a price , phoned two other times . Went to Audi instead . You need more staff if you can’t get back to customer with a price .
I was recommended BSC by a friend, and I'm really fussy about who I bring my car to, so I've never been afraid to go pretty far afield to people I trust. Decided to try these guys and I couldn't be more impressed - talked through what I needed done and solved and what was clear was they took careful note and made sure everything was fully understood both ways. Prices were made clear, communication was excellent, and the work was good quality and in decent time. What more can you ask for?
