Very sceptical about having our boiler serviced as there is always a catch ! Well what a very professional experience this was , a true gentleman, explained everything to us and made a few adjustments for us. Made a booking for some new work , over the moon to find a professional that we can trust

1st class service, I had a smell of gas coming from my boiler, panicked a bit, rang the lad up, he came around within an hour, explained to me the problem, he said he'd need to get a part, which would take an hour, turned off the gas, left, and about 30 minutes later, he was back, and it was sorted, gas back on, and a very reasonable price, thank you

Made an appointment to have my boiler serviced and the arrangement was that they would be with me between 09:00 and 12:00 o’clock Monday morning. I took time off to accommodate this and waited. Just before 12:00 an engineer arrived to say they couldn’t do it (due to some bit of equipment being calibrated). He claimed to have to tried to call me but I had no missed calls and he decided not to leave a voice message.
