Dr Smith performed a cholecystectomy and was exceptionally warm and reassuring. He communicated clearly and concisely, providing just the right amount of information and instilling confidence throughout the process. He thoroughly explained what to expect before, during, and after the surgery. As this was our first surgical experience, we were quite anxious, but he put us completely at ease and made the entire experience feel seamless.
