Good when I actually get in.. appointments seem to alway be canceled if having an afternoon booking.
Had a very bad experience today. Appointment was 10:20. Didn't get called in, until 10:30. Was about to walk out. Didn't receive an apology either. And (due to the above), missed my bus back home. So was forced to wait half an hour for the next bus. Just what I want on a hot day. NOT!
