Wonderful doctors! Dr. Belen Flores is a wonderful doctor and person in general. She really listens to your needs and will take as much time as you need to be satisfied with her service. I love the fact that pediatrics by day and night is open late. The way the rooms and the lobby is decorated is nice and many kids like the waiting area because of the stars on the ceiling and the TV shows.
The Best of Both Pediatric Worlds I like the way the office has late office visits. In the morning, appointments have to be made but if it can wait, there is no need for an appointment in the evening. So if an emergency happens on the way home that may not warrant a long wait in the ER, this office is open, what could be better? In the beginning, there were a few rocky roads but trust me, roads have been refinished and now are smoother than ever! Keep doing what you are doing because my family is happy!
Staff Doctor is great but staff horrible. The nurse who weighed my son...I believe her name is Gina was very unprofessional and yelled at my child who is only 3 to hold still and stop crying!
A caring and knowledgeable pediatrician At Day and Night Pediatrics, you get the best of both worlds--caring and knowledgeable pediatricians (Dr. Flores, Dr. Reyes, Dr. Yuzon) and a nice, responsive staff. Dr. Flores is always available via phone and her business hours. She actually listens and doesn't rush you out the door.
