We arrived for hair cuts for 3 children; 1,2 and 3. We were placed in the “quiet zone” while we waited. we were told 4 times that the children were making too much noise. As we tried to settle them down, a staff member said it was ok and not to worry. I am confused. If the salon is going to provide hair cuts for children perhaps they should make their salon friendly enough for children. Hailey and Ali were both excellent. I would like to thank Hailey, Ali and the receptionist for going above and beyond to fit me in and get me all glammed up ready for my trip following Keely’s unexpected illness. I was thrilled! Thank you!!!!
Just had a wonderful experience, great cut and felt so relaxed afterward. Breanna is great, so kind, and gave such a lovely cut for my long curly hair. The shoulder and scalp massages were an extra bonus. Highly recommended!!
