Janelle did my hair, and she completely burned my forehead. There were also orange/yellow patches in my hair, which I assume was from the foils shifting. After my appointment, I even developed an ear infection because water got trapped inside my ear during the wash.The next day, I called and made an appointment for her to fix my hair because the orange spots were right in front of my face.
