Belding Performance has allowed me to grow my fitness journey by optimizing my workout program for Longevity & injury prevention. Great place to strengthen yourself as both an athlete and a person. Adam has great exercise routines that truly challenge you and get you into the desired shape you're aiming for. He also makes sure you do it at a pace that works for you. Would highly recommend👍
Not only is Adam a great person, additionally he genuinely cares about every single client that comes in his gym. He uses his knowledge and further research to create unique workouts specific to you for what you want/need. He makes sure every exercise you complete, it is done correctly to ensure there are no injuries. He may also give you more exercises to recover from existing injuries. I would recommend this gym to everybody! 1000/5 stars, amazing experience in every way.
