Just moved to the area and in the beginning the decision to go to Belden's was simply based off of proximity. One of the best decisions we made. The service was great. Everyone in the office was courteous and professional. The service was completed quickly and exceeded expectations. They are military friendly and as soon as the gentleman we were working with found out I was a Marine he said he would make a point of personally ensuring my vehicle got the best care as he was a Marine as well.

I can't believe that I was trying to be taken advantage of by you guys at beldens. I took my wife's 2008 Volvo there and you diagnosed the problem as it needing a new alternator. I had no problem with that! It was indeed the alternator. The problem was that you guys wanted to charge me $800 for a new alternator! Also I was asked if I knew anything about the Volvo engines, which I replied, no! Then they said it was a lot of work to replace the alternator and it would be about $700 to replace it!! Freaking ridiculous! Bring yo... read more

I am done using these guys. They keep looking for ways to hike up your bill. The quoted price is not what the final bill turned out to be. They broke a part and then charged me to replace it after running a second diagnostic and charging me for it! Unbelievable - they acted like they were doing me a favor by waiving the labor fee. What a joke. Te final total exceeded the quote by over 30%. Beware when you leave your vehicle there. They called trying to peddle "recommended " repairs several times. I regret going here having rebuilt engines and doing my own work on cars growing up. I paid 220 for a simple diagnostic and a thermotat repalcement. I have done a previous diagnostic for free at autozone and told them what was wrong. A thermostat costs around $5 + 8 for gasket and sealant. very easy access and 20 minutes worth of work. they also recommended 700 to do brakes, I refused that since parts are around 120 and labor should take at most 45 minutes with complications.

HONEST, INFORMATIVE, CUSTOMER CARE AND STANDUP GUYS " OLD SCHOOL" BECAUSE ITS SERVICE LIKE IT USED TO BE I have handed myself on a silver platter to be ripped off on two occasions and if they weren't who they are I would have been. I came to their shop firmly convinced I needed a complete set of new brakes. They said I only needed a pair replaced. My experiences at Belden's have always been great. The guys up front are friendly and know what they are talking about. They take good care of my wife and we have never had any problems with the repairs done on our cars. We plan on using Belden's for a long time.
