I deal mostly with Bill Long who is very efficient and knowledgeable. Everyone there is helpful and friendly. You have managed to achieve a service level rarely found in garages. Your place is clean and comfortable - nice furnishings - magazines and coffee. I have confidence in the integrity of your operation.
Thanks Alamo Garage, you saved our trip! Took my car to them right before our family went out of town at 4:30 pm just before closing. They had their mechanics stay late to fix our car and got us on the road for the holidays. No extra fees to have their employees stay late to help us out. They've made a new loyal customer and the waiting room and restrooms were the cleanest of any auto repair store I've ever been in. Great job and competitively priced. We had a great trip!
FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL The staff is knowledgable and specialized. Cleanest most comfortable shop I've ever stepped foot into. Emergencies? They'll give you options and make sure you're well taken care of. These guys care about the job that they do. Please visit them and you will see. I have NO complaints!
Make you own "informed" decision... My experience with Alamo Garage was the worst I have ever encountered in my 30 yrs of being an auto owner. I originally took my car to them and asked them to check plugs, as I thought I needed a tune up. My car had been fluttering at a stop. They told me ??plugs looked fine? and ??there??s nothing wrong with your car?, and sold me some fuel cleaner. So I went about my business.
