This place constantly has problems/police involvement that affect the peace of the neighborhood. For example, there's a woman that screams at her roommates every single day (the whole street can hear it during hours where a lot of people are working from home). There's always litter around the outside. There have been several domestic abuse issues over there (which is very sad but also causes a commotion and it can get scary). For example, there's a woman that SCREAMS at her roommates every single day, and the whole street can hear it during hours where a lot of people are working from home. The place is super trashy, and there's always litter around the outside. They also have the cops there often for another case of domestic abuse (people in the other buildings will be on their balconies watching because it causes such a commotion).
