Extremely pleased with Belcourt Park and specifically, Jaime Garcia, the exceptionally high quality property manager handling the complex. Very well managed property in a fantastic location.
While my family and I toured several apartment homes in the metro Nashville area, Belcourt Park was a shining example of what we were truly searching for. It is in very close proximity to our daughter's college campus so there is ease of access. The community is close to wonderful eateries and shops and its all walkable! The area is perfect for Belmont and Vanderbilt students and the leasing office manager is an absolute gem! Extremely responsive and helpful and the only thing I will miss about moving. Unfortunately, a huge issue with the complex is that the amenities burned down about 9-10 months ago and they have yet to be restored. The website is extremely misleading and does not reflect the lack of available amenities at Belcourt park. By far, one of the best things about Belcourt Park is Jaime Garcia. He is so personable and great to work with. He made our move from out of state so easy. The apartment and complex itself is beautiful and very well maintained. Amenities are great. So so happy with our experience at Belcourt Park!
