Really terrible experience with nurse “Melissa” (room 4, 12:40pm 15 Sept). Having waited over an hour for my appointment, I had to finish something on my phone. I was answering her questions when she said she would refuse to serve me if I had my phone out. I said I was able to talk at the same time. She then told me to leave. I asked for a complaints form, she brought it out but then refused to give it to me. Don’t waste your time.
Better to pay $50 rather waiting for more than 2 hours
