Quick and friendly staffers Waiting time
The best service, the best staff, the best vet! In an emergent situation where my dog was distressed and I was facing a 3 hour wait at another vet, BVC saw my dog straight away, completed tests and got him back home within 90minutes. The service was unbelievable and I would highly recommend the team. The nurse, vet and staff member that were on were absolutely incredible. The staff were absolutely amazing!
I cannot speak highly enough of this place following our after hours visit tonight. The facilities were well planned and clean. The reception staff were not only lovely but extremely competent. The vet on duty took the time to give my dog what was probably the most thorough examination I've ever seen a vet give a dog. The vet then took the time to explain the issue woth my dog and treatment needed. I really appreciated them giving me this time noting it was at 10pm.
Great staff. A vet that is open every weekend is fantastic.
