Our daughter has seen Roy for over 2 years now for varying sporting injuries. Having hypermobility issues, we’ve often experienced physios who push us through programmes that are not very understanding of how extra bendy bodies cope with recovery and exercise. Loving the KLT exercise groups. Five weeks in and noticing a difference, without the classes being too hard. Roy and the staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable...almost becomes family like!
