Service desk lady (Meghan)is very rude and unprofessional and threatening to me over phone not trying to resolve issue and she is really aggressive and refusing to listen me .service is very poor and she made me disappointed. I am only going there because of good go but all the time receptionists are not helpful.
I called the clinic today for a report on my son's leg for an X-ray clinic. They had a nice receptionist, she connected me to Dr. Pilla, she didn’t even listen to me and she was so rude, she said you have to make appointments and then hung up on me before I could finish what I was going to say. All I needed was an email to the X-ray clinic? I’ll never go back to her and I do not recommend her to any one.
Amazing service and Dr knowledge
I noticed another post about Dr. Dikshata being a wonderful Doctor - and he is! We have been seeing him almost exclusively for over 10 years and have the utmost respect for him. I would have given this clinic 5 stars if this was just about Dr. Dikshata. However, what lets this clinic down is the reception staff - one young receptionist in particular who is unprofessional, unhelpful and antagonistic. I feel vindicated now I've read other reviews about the aggressive, rude, and threatening young receptionist. Sadly, her behaviour was backed by an inept and ignorant practice manager. Do NOT go to this practice if you expect even a basic level of respect.
