Tyres not rotated during a service despite being marked on the receipt. Won't be doing a special trip back if offered, simple task should have been done in the first place
I purchased a brand new Mazda CX-5 from Belconnen Mazda last year. On 5 March 2025, I took the car back to the dealership for its first 1,000 km service. After collecting the vehicle, I noticed two obvious scratches on the lower rear bumper, with paint chipped down to the bare primer. After spending an entire afternoon discussing this with the service manager and dealership manager, they eventually admitted the damage was caused during the service and arranged a respray.
