I can’t start to say how amazed we are of the service from Mazda Belconnen. We initially bought a CX5 GT from them 10 years ago and were so happy with it we bought a second hand CX9. A month ago the CX9 heater stopped working. Concerned I took it into Belconnen for assessment. After a month they concluded that there was an issue with the engine losing coolant and exhaust leaking into engine. I've had my CX-9 serviced there for years and often dealt with different people on front desk. They are all always so polite, helpful, and empathetic, and the mechanics do a great job. Easy 5 stars.
