We recently purchased a new Mazda and had a fantastic experience. Gaurav was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all our questions, made everything easy and stress-free, and never made us feel pressured. I have no hesitation in giving this negative review (I'd give zero stars if I could) in regard to my treatment by the service manager Paul Funnell. I'm located in Victoria and Belconnen Mazda conducted four services on my daughters CX3 and failed to detect a slow oil leak in the transmission which caused it to begin to fail. Despite saying "Checked all fluids - OK" on the service reports and "we couldn't detect a fault in the transmission" another mechanic had to put 800ml of transmission fluid into it as I knew it wasn't ri... read more
