Had a major problem with loss of power. Called Mike of Belco Electric and he came right out to check it out. Problem required complete replacement from the Breaker Box (pre 1980) to the NYSEG wiring from the pole. Mike made numerous calls to get everything set up on an expedited schedule to complete the project the next day. He was here when he said he would be (a first for me) and did what he promised to do. My home was built in 1880 and the electrical system was a mess when I bought it. I had minor work done when I bought it, but ended up needing all of the electrical in the basement and downstairs unit ripped out and replaced to fix a problem between the basement and the first floor bedroom.
