My trailer (Belco) was in an accident and I needed a repair/replacement quote from the manufacturer. I waited 8 weeks to have it inspected by Belco. After a further 7.5 weeks with numerous follow up calls and being told they would have the quotes finished today, tomorrow, soon and that I wasn’t wasting my time I have given up. Trailers look good. However, unimpressed with the quality of service delivered by one of their employees (LH). Trailer inspection identified several "issues" with my 12 month old trailer from a competitor, which apparently required hundreds of dollar of repairs before it could be sold. Actual repairs (adjustments) took 15 minutes and cost me $25 somewhere else.
Tried to get a quote for almost 2 months for one of my customers. Just would not give any info when requested. I struggle to understand how a business will pass up $320k for 2 trailers. Went with Redmond Gary as they actually quoted us
Great service and quality products. Fully booked out so best to aim for extra time.
