My wife and I got into a bad situation with a used car dealer. We were requested to Zelle money to hold a car while repairs were made before signing a contract. We did no get a receipt and never signed any purchase agreement so immediately asked for a refund . We decided not to purchase the car, but the dealer refused to return our money.
