Mike and Laura Belcher are criminals. They have had our vehicle in their possession for almost 15 months for a simple 2-3 week hail repair damage. The Belchers committed fraud with our insurance check, spending it on anything but our vehicle repairs, and Mike has all but refused to complete repairs. The only reason they get 1 star is because the rating system won’t allow less. They were cheap and they got us a quicker appointment than anyone else but it wasn’t worth it. They said the repair would take 1-2 weeks. They said it would take this long because it is only the one guy where bigger places could do it faster. They told us this up front so it was expected. My car was vandalized around the holidays by some random person --I mean, they TORE my car UP!! It was keyed ALL the way around the car.. so I called Belcher's and got my car in the same day. They completely repainted it and dealt with the insurance company for me so I didn't have to do anything. They even gave me a ride to Enterprise to go pick-up my rental car.
