Dr. St. Joh is a phenomenal vet! However, his office staff, that's another story! Mainly the office manage who happens to be his wife, she is very rude, degrading and talks AT you not TO you. She will not listen to anything you have to say. I do not understand how his business continues to run with a person like that at the desk. Compassion and patience is needed in a vet's office not cruelness and nastiness. Apathetic staff forgot to order records from previous vet. Prescribed wrong dosage for medication. I called for refund, they were apatheticc and rude, stating no refund until I take meds back. Not even pharmacies take medication that has already been dispensed. Very unknowledgable, apathetic, and simply dumb staff. And ILLEGAL!!!! Thank God it wasn't a medication thay my dog could overdose on. VERY UNPLEASANT, COSTLY, and ANGERING experience.
