Horrible customer service!!!! Stay away from this scammers! I purchased the foot rest and received the item but reached out to their customer service as I realize that we would need different type of foot rest. So I was aware of restocking fee and return fee. I never unwrapped the item from orignal package and send it back for exchange as I need different type of product but upon return seller accused me of damaging the items which has nothing to do with me as I never opened the items from original package. Awful customer service!! I purchased a pedicure bowl and they charged my credit card and did not send a confirmation. I called and 'the only customer service representative' they have said my credit card was declined. It wasn't. She proceeded to argue with me, refused to let me talk to anyone else and said the owner of the company, Natalie, is out doing her own thing. I'll dispute the credit card charge and NEVER buy anything else from this company!

First of all I got responded almost immediately by email about all the questions I have. Then the system to make an appointment to the showroom is very quick and easy. Sold us rusted, dirty equipment and than ***ATTEMPTED**** to charge us a return fee for it. Will also be seeking reimbursement for return shipping cost, as items had to be returned due to existing damage. Demonstrably Accurate, see photos
