good location. Close to amenities. Belara Lakes: staffs great and helpful. The units I am staying in are one bed and one bath. great size living and dining room. kitchen and bathroom good size. Floor; hard/carpet: not big fan of rugs! but cannot have it all! like the bedroom and closet are huge+! love the Balcony! there swimming pool outside of the lease office and next door to it Gym room. they provide a mailbox. Nancy was GREAT & we appreciated working with her. She was very professional & had a wonderful happy spirit about her. She answered all of our questions & was very helpful. Unfortunately, your complex doesn’t have anything available on the first floor for our expected move-in date in January but we’ll keep checking the website.🤓🤓
The maintenance is very poor. I’ve been reporting a roof leak for months, and the paint on my bathtub has already peeled off, but they just close the report as “completed” without doing any work. This is the third time I’ve submitted the same reports, and they just close them. When you ask about it, they have no answers—only that you should submit another report.
