The new management has done an amazing job! The property is much cleaner, better maintained, and the landscaping looks beautiful with the addition of more trees and greenery. It’s great to see the improvements and the care they are putting into the community. Thank you for making this a nicer place to live!
Very good atention from Diana and Monica they help me a lot
I came to Belara Lakes and Diana the assistant property manager helped me get an apartment. I had an issue with my credit where fraud was involved and she did everything in her power to help my process faster. Definitely recommend coming here and allowing Diana to help you !
Let me first point out… As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by both Monica and Diana. They had bright smiles on their faces and was ready to help me with what I needed. Monica took the lead and provided me with information like units sizes, costs, amenities, specials, etc. I was looking for a 2/2 and we went on a tour looking at available units.
