Very dissapointed in delivery outcome. I purchased a gift worth $150 of baby clothes believing Belan J would take the initial steps to acquire a signature when delivered, at which they did not. I put an incorrect address with the correct name on the package at which is was left on the doorstep of some stranger with a result of "delivered". In hopes of getting a new order to my friend with the correct address, Belan J staff stated they were unable to do so and offered me a $20 credit on my account. Quality fabrics, unique designs, quick shipping, fantastic customer service. Highly recommend Belan.J. Also love the detail within the prints, online doesn’t compare to the detail in person. Downside is 50% of my placed orders always have an out of stock item that I get notified by email a week later.
