I brought my wife's Chrysler Pacifica Pinnacle in for service and for them to check the infotainment unit as it was not displaying outdoor temperature and we had lost access to turn the seat warmers on/off. They performed the service and I was told my infotainment unit was defective and it would need replacement. They charged me to diagnose the unit and I was quoted how much the replacement infotainment unit cost. I declined the replacement, brought my wife's van home, did a quick Google search.
