The experience was excellent. Tech were highly professional and they were prompt in arrival . We had a bird's nest in the exhaust for the downstairs bathroom fan and they handled it and cleaned my dryer vent all for a reasonable price. I had problems with my dryer. It was always indicating that the air flow was blocked. Michael came out and cleaned the vent and then replaced the foil connector with another kind, and he believes that should correct the problem. They were very friendly, helpful and kept me advised of everything they did. I will definitely use Z - BLL Dryer Vent Cleaning & Roofing Services Co, NH 03743 again in the future.
