ordered a heater control that was recommended by the agent I talked with on the phone. control arrived only to discover that it was not what we needed. asked to return and was charged $55 to send it back. very dishonest company and no one returns emails

Terrible experience! Purchased a bath sconce two weeks ago, a few days later I received an email saying that my order was cancelled, without any further explanation. I have to reach out to find out what happened and they just said the item was discontinued and I should get my refund in 3-5 business days. On the 5th business day I reached out because no reimbursement was showing on my Paypal account. Will never buy from this company again. Tried to return two items. Gave me the run around. Said my case was closed before I had less than 48 hours to return items! Unbelievable!! Terrible customer service.
