Bought a product from one of their online retailers. Can only communicate with them via email, but they don't even respond. Umbrella isn't cranking correctly and a month later they still owe me the bottom pole with holes to use with the umbrella stand. I made a mistake by ordering from their company Patio Heat and Shade.
I buy stuff online all the time, and this "company" is a joke. They take your money immediately, and weeks later, you haven't received a product or a shipment status. Totally sleazey.
