My parents were scammed by this furniture store and were given a different color of sofas compared to the color that my parents had agreed upon at the store. The store manager is a liar and he kept increasing the price over the phone and kept telling my parents that they were blackmailing "him" even though we agreed upon a set price. Please do not buy from this place. They do not have many floor models - they have an online catalogue that you choose from so there is no way for you to see the product in real life and you have to rely on the sales representatives word - which is unreliable. We bought sofas in the colour Espresso and were told that the colour would be a deep warm brown.
