We have stayed at Belaire Place on several occasions now and found the units to have everything we need for our visit, with a comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. The living area and bedroom were clean and quite large. Location is excellent with a great range of eating places nearby and a good coastal walk just out the front. Location is the best. Only complaint, and that is minor, was sometimes there was noise from the unit above.
Great location, walk to beach and all the shops with plenty of cafes to choose from. Rooms are clean with plenty of space. Great views from selected rooms. Reception staff are friendly and and always helpful. We’ll be back.
We just loved our stay at Belaire Place Caloundra and I would most definitely stay there again. Our apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and we also had a nice view of the ocean. Craig and Gail who manage reception were just so helpful and friendly they were the loveliest people and assisted with anything you needed. When we arrived after a long days drive Craig welcomed us and showed us where we could park our vehicle. We enjoyed our 3 nights stay at Belaire Apartments. Lovely unit, spotlessly clean and well maintained. Good view of the water and handy to shops and eateries. I think it was our third time staying there . Would highly recommend.
