At time of check in as new patient the room was never cleaned from prior patient. The sheets had stains on them. The toilet had feces and urine stains that were clearly never cleaned prior to new patient taking room. There was sticky substance all over floor and dried blood from previous patient. I'm sure this is a huge HEALTH CODE VIOLATION on many levels. Had to ask the nursing staff on several occasions to empty urine container that was always sitting right in front of them.
