The owners of this park pretend to be doing productive things to clean up their community by threatening home owners of being evicted from the lot if they don’t comply to ridiculous regulations which aren’t not in line with state law or code. As a Property manager and Contractor started invest in a mobile home, to bring into Belaire estate the hopes was astonishing. But then after a year of having my home in the park. I realize that the manager of the park is a bully and provoking soul. She will try to run your home and leased lot, as if you're owning the home under her principles...
