Compared to what was promised and agreed upon before signing the contract, the actual result was disappointing, as the scope of work was different. Serj's work is good quality; you can hardly tell the parts were replaced and he blends the new and old paint seamlessly. On top of that, Serj always goes out of his way to provide a little extra to make the experience as smooth as possible, and fixed my car in 5 days when a previous repairer took over a week for a similar issue
