Terrible management, he pushes people out by threating them. The tenant are not allowed to have visitors or have family come and stay. He raises the rent only to some tenants.. He bullies them till they are forced to leave their property, then be takes ownership and sales it from under them. If the tenants don't kiss hiss ass rhe. Your on his list. Terrible management, oh and he blames everything on the owner. Don't move there, you won't last, the turn around in this place is quick.
Don't move there that place is very bad to live very poor management.
