Well they sent me to court for over due HOA fees during Covid 2019. Around that time I lost my job and didn’t want to hear anything about it. Be careful during rough times they’ll still take you to court
Love the place, great neighborhood. Has a drink and snack machine right outside the front door, and a pool outside with a lifeguard.
