Absolutely disgusting, disappointing, and disgraceful. After 25+ years at this clinic I webtvto make an appointment in July to find the entire practice doctors and admin staff gone! No notice to patients, no respect to us at all. I called to ask what has happened and was advised "google previous doctors ". I have now transferred to a new practice that I am very happy with. Thanks Belair Family Health Centre.....AVOID
After 30+ years at Belair Family Health Clinic now Centre today I had my records transferred. Dr Helen Roxburgh with Tracy and then James had a wonder warm caring practice. After coming back from holidays a month ago, rang to make an appointment with my now GP only to learn that everyone had gone, complete sweep of the broom and no professional courtesy to advise Patients. Absolutely, "we legally didn't have too". Absolutely disgusting way to treat Patients as I guess that I'm not the only one leaving.
