RecommendedI had a deer strike in February. Caliber Collision fixed my front bumper and everything else that was damaged. Just yesterday, I had a woman back into me at the Costco gas line. It was a pretty big bump. I took my car to my mechanic to have him check it out and he said it was solid. Thank you for you high quality work which kept me safe yesterday!

We took our car in for repair to Caliber Collision 4920 Hwy 17 Bypass, Myrtle Beach, SC. We were told it would be ready in two weeks. It actually took three weeks and I had to call on several occasions just to get updates about the car. It may have taken longer if I was not calling frequently to ask how much longer this repair would take. I was told they were waiting on a fuse box to be shipped!!! Seriously??? ZERO out of five stars. Caliber Longmont still has my car after dropping it off on 5/27/20. This has been over 6 weeks of HELL, with no firm date for completion. Each week I am told that there are problems, but it will probably be ready the end or this week, or the beginning of the next. For the first 4 weeks I was getting no feedback because they were sending update information to the wrong person. I have called my auto insurance company to review their relationship with Caliber. Giving people a warning, do not take your vehicle here!!!!! Worst customer service, very unprofessional and disrespectful staff, don’t know what a deadline is, State farm sent me here that was one of their biggest mistakes. My repair was only supposed to take 3 to 4 weeks, took two months without any communication on their behalf, Calling them daily for updates, But instead of getting any I would just get passed around to another sales rep that didn’t know anything.
