Bela Vista Builders/ Eli was great to work with. Very reliable and renovated our villa in Palm Aire with in 3 months. All vendors he uses move with him job to job and do a great job. I would highly recommend Eli and his team from Bella Vista Builders of Pompano Beach.
They are not reliable. They accepted the job but never delivered on it.They do not answer the phones, don’t return calls and the few times that they responded to my texts they would say that they were working on it and weeks went by and I never heard from them again.
Did work without HOA approval, no permits, have called several times and left messages, no response. Will be contacting code enforcement about doing work without permits.
