Great place, family oriented! quiet community!
I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with the HOA at Belasera in Plantation, FL. From my very first interaction, the Hispanic woman in the HOA office was unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. She immediately rejected my paperwork without properly reviewing it and gave me a hard time for no reason. After insisting that I return the following week with additional paperwork, she then proceeded to take my original application anyway. Things only got worse from there. Great place, great location! Under new management. They are cleaning up the house, I've been living here for 6 years and I see the changes. If you dont register your vehicle with the office they will tow your car
Excellent place to live. Quiet and with great amenities. Pool, jacuzzi, gym and tennis courts. Great location. Right next to Plantation Walk, minutes from University Drive, and I 595. In the heart of Plantation. Under the new management the community is 100% better, it is very well maintained and EVERYTHING works. People who don’t like to follow the rules complain. The rules make our community safe, clean and beautiful.
