Nice complex, spacious units. HOA is very strict, parking is enforced every week. Couple of police officers live here and that's a plus , it makes me feel safer. Overall is a nice place, close to Hospitals, Highways, Malls, Schools, Parks and supermarkets. Thanks!

I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with the HOA at Belasera in Plantation, FL. From my very first interaction, the Hispanic woman in the HOA office was unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. She immediately rejected my paperwork without properly reviewing it and gave me a hard time for no reason. After insisting that I return the following week with additional paperwork, she then proceeded to take my original application anyway. Things only got worse from there. Great place, great location! Under new management. They are cleaning up the house, I've been living here for 6 years and I see the changes. If you dont register your vehicle with the office they will tow your car
