Been living here and have been very happy so far. Naysayers have not seennew management. :)
They keep increasing the rent...no improvements done. Kitchen appliances lousy and very outdated. I had to buy my microwave and bedroom fan. I will move as son as my lease is up. Do not recommend this place.
