As a recently retired nurse who has worked in a variety of settings in the medical field from nursing assistant, floor nurse, travel nurse, home health nurse ,office nurse and 30 plus years in surgery I would like to commend this office staff from the front desk staff, nurses or techs who room patients, Dr. Patel, Ashley Cavender NP and ladies the lab!!! I had to leave her practice. every 3 or 4 months they want you to make an appointment and do blood work. Even if nothing is wrong. They won’t give refills on prescriptions. You have to go in and ask to have it refilled and pay for another visit. I had one of the 3 or 4 months visits set ( for no reason. Nothing wrong ) and came in a week before for something else and did blood work so I wasn’t going a week later on the appointment day and give blood again just because.
