I’m 76 years old and this place is one of the worst places I’ve ever visited for a doctor. The staff is rude and inconsiderate! They wanted to make you come in for a visit no matter what was going on with you. I’ve seen doctors throughout the years and they were happy to send in prescriptions without you having to go in to office. Had a UTI and they would not see me. As a recently retired nurse who has worked in a variety of settings in the medical field from nursing assistant, floor nurse, travel nurse, home health nurse ,office nurse and 30 plus years in surgery I would like to commend this office staff from the front desk staff, nurses or techs who room patients, Dr. Patel, Ashley Cavender NP and ladies the lab!!! I had to leave her practice. every 3 or 4 months they want you to make an appointment and do blood work. Even if nothing is wrong. They won’t give refills on prescriptions. You have to go in and ask to have it refilled and pay for another visit. I had one of the 3 or 4 months visits set ( for no reason. Nothing wrong ) and came in a week before for something else and did blood work so I wasn’t going a week later on the appointment day and give blood again just because.
