The San Diego expansion is not the same team as the LA team. Aric is working under a GC's license and doesn't have one himself. He seems to have little knowledge of construction, isn't detail oriented, and ghosted me after I raised two large issues after the job wrapped. He did not recognize improper stucco prep and had to rehire another team.
