All I can say is 5 Stars all around from the minute you walk through the door to the service from Frantzcia is amazing! I have been coming to bel image since 2018 and at the time I had short natural hair cut to now 2025 it has grown tremendously from consistent treatments and trims. The products they provide has helped my hair regain strength and length and I love it!

It has taking me a while to write a review of this salon. I truly regret the day I step foot in this salon. I went in as a new client and decided to get a color. It had been a while since I colored my hair. This salon had good reviews and was well promoted. So I trusted them with my hair. Not only did I not receive the color that I wanted. I also provided a photo of the color I wanted. I received the wrong color and a silk press. I am not one to make a fuss so I decided what was done is done and paid for the service. everyone at this salon is gifted and extremely talented. i had to take my wig to get a quick haircut and style and the stylist was more than willing. not only that, but my wig turned out extremely beautiful. i couldn’t be anymore grateful
