We called at the beginning of October to have a new AC unit installed as ours had gone out. They came out pretty quickly to have a look and then told us they would reach out with quotes. I had to call about 4-5 times in a 2 week period to get said quote. I was told it would be emailed or I would get a call, absolutely nothing. When our air conditioner went out, I reached out to our local AC company here in Cisco, Texas and I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. They were prompt, professional, and went above and beyond to get everything back up and running quickly. It’s such a relief to know there’s a dependable team right here in town. If you ever run into issues with your heating or air, I highly recommend giving them a call. I know I’ll be reaching out to them again if we ever have problems in the future!
Could not be more pleased. Took their time calculating best options for complete system replacement. Listened, answered questions, kept us posted along the way. Trustworthy. Family owned. They didn't rush through. We felt like the job was one they would do for their own family. Hands down will be our number one call, even if we have to be patient. Quality that is rare for our time. They were fantastic.
Well I spent the last 3 weeks getting the run around about installing a mini split ac/heat unit in my brother’s home. They don’t return your call. I decided to go with a different company.
Contacted them to work on our air conditioning system. Said they would be there Monday. Monday came and went. No call, no show. Called back Tuesday. Said they would be there Thursday. Wednesday night came and air conditioner went out - next day’s projected high in the 90s. Called them Thursday morning and explained the problem. We were told that they would try to get there. 11:00 AM it’s hot and getting hotter. Called another company and called them and canceled the call.
