Made an appt. I showed up, on time, and no one was there. Place was dark and locked. I called the listed number 4 times. No response. Waited 25 minutes and then left. Owner called and texted me the next day. No apology. No excuse. Just saying I could come in later. Waste of my time. Unprofessional.
Darlene is amazing. Such a professional who treats her customers with respect and care and works upto their satisfaction. One of the best Salon specialists in town.
Hard to find as it was in a bldg called something else then the door was locked and I had no instructions to get in. Then the tech wasn't even expecting me and was working on someone with another waiting! Her room was the size of a closet and she was using a dated foot bath unlined and unsanitary. Eww
