Dr. Galer is an awesome voice teacher! When teaching her students, she analyses the plot of the song, how might that affect the character, and go over the song again. Also, when doing warmups, she makes sure to warmup each register and takes her time doing the exercises. Overall, I recommend this school to anyone looking for voice lessons.
Dr. Galer is a great voice teacher who is available to teach both in person and online through her private studio, and as an instructor at Palm Beach State College. She is very knowledgeable about classical music and vocal technique. I am primarily a pianist interested in more contemporary genres, and I studied classical voice with her as a beginning vocalist, thus I can attest to how well she is able to tailor private lessons to each individual student’s needs and interests.
Suzanne is an excellent, highly qualified vocal instructor. I'm a retired NJ based snowbird and a casual singer. I have taken lessons at her Palm Beach studio for the past two winters. My voice and my understanding of vocal technique have improved each season. Highly enjoyable and recommended.
I have been taking lessons with Suzanne Galer since January of this year. I have surpassed my expectations in my singing. I have learned proper breath control and vocal exercises that are not just a traditional scale. These exercises prepare your voice to sing with precision! I have been taught to feel the vibrations of my chest, throat and head to maximize power in my singing. I highly recommend Bel Canto studio!
Throughout the past year as a student at PBS College, I have learned not only the proper techniques of singing, but how to express emotions towards the audience. I highly recommend this program to anyone interested on learning the fundamentals of singing.
